View sunrise at Cizhong village

Hi,
We are interested in visiting Cizhong village and stay overnight there, and view sunrise on the following day. My question is,however,
1.Is Cizhong a good place to see sunrise comparing to Feilai temple, as we will stay in Feilai temple the day before going to Cizhong

2.is there any guesthouse for foreigners to stay overnight and is the toilet condition good enough. I'm sorry to mention this topic but we are pretty concerned on this.
