Hotel near to Mt.Huangshan or on the mountain

Hi, plan to have two days to that mountain during Dec. Wish to view the sunrise on the mountain and the sea of clouds.Can recommend where to stay and from which telpher to reach the nice view for above?
By the way, if there is elderly who cannot walk for so long, will you recommend them to go up the mountain?
