how much need to pay the penalty for overstay in 5 yrs with expired passport & expired visa in china

please help me about my problem, im staying here in china for more than 5 yrs i want to go back to philippines, what should i do for this matter

You should pay for the penalty first, may be 10000 RMB. Then you'll be sent back to your home country.
