About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

PEK TERMINAL 3 TEMPORARY LICENSE

Hi, I will be arriving in Beijing on the 19th February 2015, which is the first day of Chinese New Year. Would the traffic centre be opened for me to get a temporary driving license? Thanks
