About:Hong Kong Travel

I have a valid chinese visa, can I go to HK with it ? I am Saudanese National resident in KSA.

If not is there an embassy for Hong Kong in Riyadh?

No, China visa and HGK visa are separate ones. You should apply for one for HK and it can be done at Chinese embassy or consulate in Riyadh.
