SG-Hangzhou-KL (via SG) on SQ. Do we qualify for the transit visa?

We intend to visit Hangzhou for a couple of days, we are flying in from SG to Hangzhou, then flying out to KL, but as we are flying via SQ, the flight would be SG-Hangzhou-SG-KL.

JW, your route isn't ok for 72 hours free transit because you fly from SG and then back to SG after your transit.
