About:China Visa on Arrival

Philippine passport - Shenzhen VOA?

Hi I hold Philippine passport and my Chinese friend wants me to go with her to Shenzhen for 2 days.. I didn't get much time to get multiple entry visa.. Will I be able to get a VOA? I Hold a working type one in macau btw if it helps.. Thanks

According to what I read, Filipinos can't apply for the special VOA for Shenzhen successfully.
