How does it cost from Hongqiao Station to the Grand Mercure Shanghai Central?

If you want to take subways, you can take subway line 2 at Hongqiao Railway Station, and get off at People's Square Station. Then transfer to subway line 1 to City Railway Station, Exit 5. After arriving, walk to your hotel directly. It takes around 45 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 5.

If you want to take a taxi, the cab fare is CNY 70 to 75.
