How many times a Japanese citizen can get into China without visa?

Thanks Sally for replying to my question. But I was not clear enough. I would like to go to Tibet from China by train. On the way to Tibet I plan to do sightseeing in two or three places and I would like to come back to China again. Though I am allowed to stay for less than 15 days, How many times I can get into China without the entry permit?

There is no specific regulations about the times that a Japanese can get into China without the entry permit, but I assume you can't enter too frequently, otherwise the officer of the immigration department may deny you. In your situation, if you first arrived at Tibet, get out of China, and then enter Tibet again, you should get the Tibet Tourism Bureau Permit for both times through a travel agency.
