can i have working visa after i pay penalty to my l type

Question

i'm jhenny and i'm a filipina. i have an L type which.expired last nov 22 bcoz of my agent's negligence. im still staying here in china. i met a friend and he suggested me pay my penalty and exit in Hong Kong then he will process a working type for me coz he owned a restaurant. i can go back here in china to work when i have that working type at all..plss help

It is hard to say, as you may be rejetced with the new application due to your previous overstaying. Anyway, I advise your to first pay the fines incurred by the overstaying and go to Hong Kong to find a reliable agency there, explain your situation, and entrust them to submit the application for you.
