About:China Work Visa

I have L type in China and I got the documents to change for z type, can I change it in HongKong ?

I think you can have a try to change it with the help of a travel agency in Hong Kong, but whether you will get it is not assured. To play safe, you should go back to your home country and apply for a Z type.
