About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA resident but Indian Passport holder qualify for 72 hrs visa free transit ?

I am Indian Passport holder (but USA resident) going from LAX (LosAngeles USA) to Mumbai (INDIA) - Do I qualify for 72-Hour Free Transit and Visit Hong Kong for 60 hrs
Also we have two kids holding USA passport - are they qualify for 72 hrs free transit ?

Do you mean you are travelling from LA to India via Hong Kong and stay there for 60 hours? If so, your kids and you don't need to apply something for the transit as Hong Kong grants a 14-day free entry for Indian passport holders and a 90-day free entry for USA passport holders.
