About:Beijing Capital Airport Shuttle Bus

If I want to explore the city and stay in Dongzhimen for my 15 hour layover in Beijing

could I still make my 7:20AM flight the next morning using the subway Line 2 to get back in the morning? Assuming the normal check-in & security check process. Or would I need to get a taxi to make it to the airport that early?

If your flight is at 07:20 am, you need to reach the airport 2-5 hours in advance. So I’m afraid you cannot use the subway, just take a taxi, about CNY70.

Taxis in the city are in service for 24h, so it is easy to take one even around 04:00am. Don't worry!

Will it be possible to find a taxi on the street at 4:00AM at Dongzhimen Station or is this something that needs to be booked in advance?
