The general fortune is not that good. Although you work very hard, no promotion will fall upon. If you don't mind, find one or two part-time jobs to earn more money. Maybe you would be offered a good job during the process.

You should be patient with your friends, or there would be some arguments and you may lose some friends. If you are married, you'd better spend more time communcating with ur partner to avoid any argument.
