About:Dual Nationality

How can someone travel back to China without any nationality

My father in law has lived in the UK for over 30 years he doesn't have British passport he just has right to stay he needs to travel back to China can he get his Chinese citizenship back? Also how can you sell land in China?

Debbie, I am afraid that it's impossible for him to acquire his citizenship again. Anyway, it's just my guess. You may go to Chinese embassy in UK and ask if they can help you. By the way, Chinese people has no right to sell land because the land is owned by the state or the collective.
