About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Taiwan people going to mainland China need apply visa?

What detail that we need to prepare? Can we help them submit the application? or they need go to the embassy by themselves?

Annie, you need to apply for the Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents. There are two ways. First, you come to HK and find CTS and ask them to help you apply for it. Or you may ask some local travel agencies if they are capable of helping you apply one.

You need to sign an application form, which can be downloaded from the CTS website and submit your ID card (front and back sides) and a recent photo (3.5*5.3cm) together with your application form. If you plan to apply on your own, you may call +85-2853 3573 to learn about details.
