how I can take tourist visa with my family?

I am afghani passport holder live in China keqiao with my family want to spend holidays in Kiev with my family

You should get contact with the Ukrainian Embassy or consulate in China and make clear the requirements for the application. Prepare the documents required and then submit the application.
