About:China Visa Application in USA

I don't have friend in Houston. how can I apply for China Visa?

I am an American citizen, want back to China for china new year. The consulate hilding jurisdiction over my territory is Houston.

Yu, you have to present your application on your own if you don't have any friend or family who can help you submit your application. Mail application isn't allowed currently.
