About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Im coming to Shanghai from 25 Jan 2015 till 29 Jan 2015.

Most likely in city area.
1) What is the weather like so i know what to pack?
2) What kind of data pre-paid sim card should i get to surf internet. Is it compatible with apple or android phone? Heard facebook is banned in China.. what about whatsapp? What app can you recommend so i can make data sms/phone. How about Wechat?
