There is no transportation that can take you to the destination directly. You need to transfer.
Take Tsuen Wan Line at Tsuen Wan Station, and get off at Lai King Station. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tsing Yi Station and take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. After arriving, walk to the theme park directly. It will take around 35 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 15.8 HKD.1

Walk to Tsuen Wan MTR station to take Tusen Wan line and get off at Central. Then walk to Garden Road Peak Tram Station to take the peak tram onto the top.1
