Can someone from Mexico, visiting USA, apply for a Chinese visa in San Francisco?

Yes, you can! You should first prepare the required documens, such as your passport and a photocopy of its phtoto page, a completed application form affixed with your recent bareheaded photo, your entry permit for USA,and other materials required by the consulate. Then go to the consulate in San Francisco to submit your application.0
