Can I get a tourist visa in Singapore to visit a friend in Shanghai PRC?

Hi I am an Indonesian citizen living in Singapore.

Hi Amelia, do you have a resident permit for Singapore? If so, you can apply for an L type in the CVASC branch by providing the following materials: valid passport and a photocopy of its data page, a completed application form affixed with your recently taken color photo, the original and photocopy of your resident permit in Singapore, roundtrip air tickets and hotel booking record or an invitation letter from your friend.
