request for urgent visa as holidays on 1st and 2nd and 3rd and 4th jan

Dear Sir,
We are very upset with China embassy that they dont pick up calls, they dont answer back any mails and we wanted one information of collecting the passport of Mr. Rajasekharan NK who have applied on 29th december in CVAS in Mumbai and his passport number is G 1424374 and they are not giving any information.We are surprised with all internet technology chinese embassy is not responding.
