About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

if some one is not able to extend visa in 30 days

Hy my name is waqas and I'm from Pakistan
Please give answer to my question i am much worried about that...if some one is not able to extend one in 30 days then whats the matter?
is they cancel it and send applicant to its country? or they take fine for over days?
I'm student in guilin

Waqas, if one does not extend before it expires, he or she wll be regarded as illegal residing person. According to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of China, foreigners residing illegally in China shall be given a warning. If the situation is serious, they will be imposed with a fine of RMB 500 yuan per day, with a upper limit of RMB 10,000 yuan, or be detained for not less than five days but not more than 15 days.

If you really cannot get it extended, you are suggested to contact the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for asking how to solve this issue well and do not leave you a bad enfluence on you.
