About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can we use 72 hr visa free transit? Merry Christmas!

Hi there!
Question; we arrive to Beijing airport flying from Bangkok on January 3rd at 00:45 am and our flight to Houston is on January 6th at 3 pm.

Hi Aika, based on the official information, the 72 hours in Beijing airport are caculated from the scheduled arrival time. However, I heard that in the reality, the time on the entry permit are from the 00:00 the following day you enter Beijing. So you are suggested to confirm this with the immigration in Beijing airport.
