Hello I need to change a ticket I already booked

I need to change a ticket I already booked but still not collected the ticket at the railway station how can I do can I Change it?

If you need to change the ticket, you need to collect the ticket first and than change it. If is the more than 48 hours before the departure time, you can change the ticket to any train available. If it is less then 48 ours, you can only change to the one departs on the same day.
