if i have chinese visa can i take entry in hongkong?

You cannot use Chinese Mainland Visa to enter.
Are you an Indian Passport Holder?
If yes, you are allowed to stay HK within 14 days without visa. If you stay longer than 14 days, you need to apply for a HK visa.
