About:Visa Policy of China

A current Chinese student visa holder wants to get a tourist L type, how can it be done?

You have X2 in China? If so, you may be unable to change or reapply a new Tourist L within China, based on the information I got. You can go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for further consulting.
