i was thinking of going to taipei around next week, from the 25th to the 30th.

i checked the weather forecast, and it says its going to be raining. will it be heavy rain or will it still be alright to visit the attractions?

During that time, it will heavily rain and it may spoil your trip there. I suggest you change your traveling plan for a better trip.
