About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I will go to Guangzhou and I have a one entry visa for China.

Can I go to Hong Kong for one day and then back to China? Is it the same for Macao? I have an Italian nationality

Sorry, you can't because you just have a single entry one. If you go to HK or Macau, you need to apply for another one for mainland China.
