We are having a stop over Hong kong airport and are leaving our luggage at the airport

we would like to catch a train to Victoria peak and a nice place to eat, we have about 4 hour to spare. When we get off the train where do we go to Victoria peak. Or can we catch skypier service from the airport to HK.
