hard sleeper, buying ticket

1) is hard sleeper safe from robbery since it is open corridor?2) are we guaranteed there are train tickets at counter if we get it on 15th Dec at Kunming travel to Lijiang?ask from MALAYSIA

Since people need a ticket for boarding, there should be no other personal except passengers. But to be safe, you still need to take care of your belongings.
