About:Chinese Consulate in Manchester

Obtaining visa over the Christmas period

I am coming to the Manchester office on the 19th December and my flight is on the 1st of January, will the office be open over the holidays long enough to process my application? Thanks guys

If you can submit your documents on Dec 19, the time may be enough. The processing time is around four working days and the CVASC will close on Dec 25 and Dec. 26.

You are suggested to go to collect on your own. If you use the post service, the processing time takes around 5 to 10 working days, so that you cannot get your permit in time.
