my parcel #RR944704250CN no update after 2014-12-09

I don't know where it is because china post web says dispatching to PKISBA on 2014-12-09 & there is no update in status but when I contacted local postal authorities they say they don't have any information or record of this parcel would some one help me to locate where it is or it has been lost damaged or mispalced

Arrival at inward office of exchange Islamabad, this is where they said it was give them until tomorrow and see if anymore update will be provided.
