I was born 5/3/1940 What are the chances I will sell my property in 2015 for close to asking price?

It has been on the market for almost a year and is 50 acres and 2 houses. Part is zoned retail and part is housing.
It is high on a hill and over looks a river. Very close to major high ways and downtown.
