It has been on the market for almost a year and is 50 acres and 2 houses.  Part is zoned retail and part is housing.It is high on a hill and over looks a river. Very close to major high ways and downtown.

Natalie, seriously it's difficult to tell when you can sell your property. However, you may try your luck in March, August and December in 2015. Your finance luck is very good in these three months.
