Filipino Applying Chinese Visa in United Kingdom

Can I apply for Chinese Visa in United Kingdom even though I am just a tourist in UK for 6 month multiple entry permit?

It is possible for you to apply in UK with your 6 month multiple entry permit. You need to apply at local nearby CVASC.
