I'm flying by Jetstar to Hainan. Do I need to pay airport when I fly back from Haikou to Singapore

What fee are you referring to? As I know, all fees have been included in the air ticket fare, so generally no need to pay the airport. To confirm it further, you'd better consult your airline or the airport in advance.0
