24 Hour Visa free Transit at Pudong Intl Apt (PVG)

Hello, Please inform that whether a Nepalese Passport Holer with a transit at PVG can go out form the airport for sightseeing or stay at outside hotel if the trasit hours are long but less than 24 hours?

Yes, you will have a chance to visit the city visa free. After landing, you should apply for a stay permit in the airport, with which you will be allowed to leave the airport.
