Mexican traveler in Asia. How long will take to get a urgent visa?

Hello I am a mexican independent traveler, traveling all around Asia. I am right now in Katmandú, and I want to travel to Beijing and all around China for two months, I already have mi flight for december the 19th. what are the documents I need besides the passport, the application form, and my one way flight ticket?

If you apply in your own, the departure ticket from China, your hotel bookings, your general travel plans and your visa for Nepal are needed for the application. The fee for urgent service is 62USD for a single entry.
