About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transiting problem in Beijing

I have an M visa and I'm in china, in February I'm leaving to Japan for a few days, and then I'm going back to Argentina where I'm from, the thing is that my return flight is from Beijing to London, so, can I go to Tokyo and then back to Beijing apply for 72 hours free transit to transfer to a flight to London?... My M will be expired by the time so i won't be able to make use of it

Hi, is your trip as Japan - Argentina - Tokyo - Beijing - London?
If so, you are qualified to enjoy the 72-hour free transit in Beijing, since you will fly from Japan to Beijing and then to London. Please do not worry.

No, the thing goes like this, I flew from Argentina ->London (where i only stayed at the airport)->Beijing, stayed in China for 3 months where I used my first entry from my M type, because I could only stay 90 days I left china and did Jinan->Seoul...Seoul->Jinan, now I'm in China and on February Im going to London from Beijing, the thing is I want to do Beijing->Tokyo before my visa expires, BUT then my second and last entry from my M type will ran out so i will be visaless, so, the flight would be something like Tokyo -> Beijing -> London, my concern is that because I was in possession of a visa will they deny me the 72 or 24 hours permit or not? I will only stay at the airport even if I have to wait 15 hours for my flight, but because British cannot make a co connection between my flights, I have to go throw Chinese customs pick my luggage and go throw checking again which is a real pain. Thanks hopefully I made myself clear

Emiladrian, they won't deny you as long as you meet the requirements for the 72 hours free transit.
