Since you will transfer in two cities in China, you cannot enjoy the 72-hour free transit in either Beijing or Dalian.

If your total transfering time in China is less than 24 hours, you are able to enjoy the 24-hour free transit policy. Otherwise, you need to apply for a Transit G in advance.
