Bringing a Wheelchair for a Family member Living in China

Are there any entry taxes or tariffs due if one brings a wheelchair into China for a family member?

Anthony, I think you need to declare it at the customs because you bring it for someone else. It's not for personal use. You may be required to pay around 10 percent tariff.
