are there cruise services which we can have dinner while enjoying the scenery?

Yes, the cruise ships provide buffets. However, many passengers who took the cruise on the Pearl River said that the buffet was just so so. The whole journey is around 1 hour. If you spend time having dinner on the ship, I am afraid that you may not have enough time to enjoy the scenery.1
