It takes 15 to 30 days to arrive. So I think you may receive it before December 6. If you are hurry, you should visit local post office and check if it arrives.

IT is Dec 9th and I've not received my Parcel Still? How can i track where it is now?

It's impossible to get any update after your parcel left China. As I said, you may visit local post office for a check immediately.
