visa from hong kong for china

I am going to China in December for 7 days, but stopping in Hong Kong for 5 days first. I am an Australian citizen. Is it easy to apply in Hong Kong for mainland China and how much does a single entry one cost?

Shirley, I think you'd better apply from the CVASC in your area. It's convenient. According to the rules, those who apply in HK must provide their HK residents. However, there are still some foreigners who applied successfully in HK with the help of the agencies. Of course, they needed to pay the service charge. It's expensive.
