is shenzhen xiaomeisha sea world open?

I went yesterday; it's a nice area, but what appeared to be the aquarium (at the bottom of the stairs in front of the ship), was being re-furbished.

As I know the aquarium is open as usual, it may be more or less influcenced by the construction of the Polar Park in this museum.
