About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am holding a Brunei Identity of Certificate as a travel document, do i qualify for the 72 hr visa

You mean you have Brunei passport?
Brunei passport holders are not able to enjoy the 72-hour free transit, but they are able to enjoy the 24-hour free transit if the transfering time is less than 24 hours in China.
