I'm from Iraq, do I need the transit G type from HGH to DUBAI?

I will enter china on Dec 5 for first time and left few days later. (Single Visa)
The 2nd time I will enter again and only stay 4 hours to catch my next flight back to dubai.

I'm from Iraq which is a sensitive country now. Do I need to apply for the transit G type even if I could show my return dubai ticket with seat?
