If we enter Tibet together as a group from China via plane, can we split up to leave

If we enter Tibet together as a group from China via plane, can we decide to split up when we go back to mainland China with some of us leaving via plane and some leaving via train as we wish to go to different places afterwards within China? Will we need to show permit to leave.

Polly, you can't split and leave Tibet separately. According to what I know, you enter Tibet together and then you need to exit Tibet together.
