You need to apply to visit HK from the HK Immigration Department and Macau from their PSB seperately. These two permits are different from the Chinese one. So in all, you need to have to three permits to visit China mainland, HK and Macau.

The processing time for Macau is around 5 working days and the one for HK takes around four weeks.
